Insurance Ontario ("we", "us") operates quote-request pages for insurance products in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

What we collect

• Information you provide: when you request a quote, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, city, and any comments you include about what you'd like insured.
• Visit information: like most websites, we collect technical data such as your approximate location (derived from your IP address), device type, the search term or ad that brought you here, and how you interact with the page. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request: your details are shared with a licensed Ontario insurance advisor who contacts you to prepare your quote. That is the entire purpose of the form.
• To personalize the page (for example, showing content relevant to your region or search) and to measure and improve how our pages perform.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is used to arrange your insurance quote — nothing else.

Third-party services

Our pages use a small number of standard third-party services that may process technical data on our behalf: Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement and advertising), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection — subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service), and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics).

Retention and access

We keep quote-request information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — see Contact below.
